Although the name Koenigsegg could have been registered in the USA without the whereabouts of the same company in Sweden. I must point out that it is extremely unlikely that the logo and trademark shield could have turned out exactly the same. If you visit the home page of KOENIGSEGG USA - AVANT-GARDE, one could clearly see that it is a work from a desperate, cheap company trying to position it self as the rightful name holder for the KOENIGSEGG name, barricading and protecting its own right to exist with papers and layer documents.
KOENIGSEGG USA - AVANT-GARDE Must not be taken seriously by anyone, due to it is clearly a fraud and a trademark rip-off directly from its only rightfully user “ Koenigsegg Automotive AB “ of SWEDEN.
