Although the name Koenigsegg could have been registered in the USA without the whereabouts of the same company in Sweden. I must point out that it is extremely unlikely that the logo and trademark shield could have turned out exactly the same. If you visit the home page of KOENIGSEGG USA - AVANT-GARDE, one could clearly see that it is a work from a desperate, cheap company trying to position it self as the rightful name holder for the KOENIGSEGG name, barricading and protecting its own right to exist with papers and layer documents.
